Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Change of Mind

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided the item is:

- Unused and in original packaging

- In the same condition as received

- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note: For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit. We may request photos to help us assess the issue.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at jessica.r.a.e@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything back.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome and process any applicable refund or credit.
